With our reliability and extensive expertise, we assist you every step of the way from the first consultation to implementation of your individual packaging solution. To ensure that you can focus entirely on your core tasks.
A qualified contact person will be available to you during each phase, ensuring the safe and efficient design of the production process – from sampling to implementation of the packaging process.
When your products arrive, we check the quantity, carefully compare the product, label and order data with the data in the master template and, if requested, carry out a full or partial product control.
We ensure that the products entrusted to us are sent to you in the desired packaging and with the correct label so we can help you to minimize error rates in the warehouse and during distribution.
Our customer-friendly label printing process includes the following variants:
- We prepare and manage your label in our system based on your specifications.
- You manage the data yourself and we print the label via your system using a system connection.
- At Früh, we also have clean room label printing. To ensure a low-germ environment, especially for products (e.g., primary blister packs with Tyvek lids) in which there is printing directly on the first barrier packaging.
The final rinsing is used to remove dust particles. For the qualified final rinsing process we place the checked products onto a cleaning tray and transfer them to the ISO class 7 clean room after the rinsing process. We offer our customers various final rinsing programs. If necessary, products can be dried with a vacuum dryer.
If required, we assemble your products under ISO class 7 clean room conditions. The assembly is carried out with care and in accordance with your requirements and specifications.
Your products are subjected to a visual inspection in accordance with ISO 7 (clean room conditions) and then packaged and labeled as part of a low-germ process. Depending on the customer needs, we offer primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.
Clean room packaging in a shielding gas atmosphere is a special process. The products can either be packaged in a chemical glove box or the primary pouches can be individually treated with nitrogen.
After the clean room packaging step, the product is discharged for final packaging. Products with barrier or protective packaging are then placed in their sales packaging so they are optimally protected externally. In accordance with standardized packaging or your designs, we package the products in cartons or boxes, label them and wrap them with protective shrink film.
In accordance with a validated loading plan, the products are boxed in sterilization containers and palletized. Compliance with a clearly defined system is important for the subsequent sterilization process. Before the pallet is sent for sterilization, there is one final independent quality check of all of the production documentation (order file check).
The couriers organized by us bring the loaded pallets to the gamma ray or x‑ray sterilization center twice a day. After the products have been treated with the gamma or x‑rays, our external partners immediately send us the sterilization documents. Only after this step has been completed can final approval of the delivery of the products be given. At the same time, all papers are scanned: They remain in our system for 30 years as documentation.
We can also sterilize your products in-house using steam. The equipment has been qualified in accordance with the applicable standards and approved for the sterilization of medical products.
For large orders, we offer door-to-door service: We pick your products up from you one to five times per week and then deliver them back to you in their packages.
For small orders, we recommend that you deliver and pick up your products from us yourself in order to keep the processing times as short as possible.
Implants are packaged under controlled conditions in accordance with ISO class 7.
Do you have any questions? We will be happy to show you the possibilities.
