Peel pouches

Peel pouches offer reli­able pro­tec­tion as primary, sec­ond­ary and ter­tiary pack­aging for med­ic­al devices and phar­ma­ceut­ic­al products.

Peel pouches are the per­fect sterile bar­ri­er, provid­ing optim­al pro­tec­tion for your product. The optim­ized peel seam makes it a cinch to open the pouch. All peel pouches, no mat­ter which mater­i­al com­pos­ite, can be vacu­um packed. Vacu­um pack­ing ensures your product is held firmly in place in the pack­age and increases trans­port security.

All of our peel pouches are pro­duced in accord­ance with ISO class 7 clean room con­di­tions. Our pro­cesses have been val­id­ated in accord­ance with ISO 11607 and our clean room in accord­ance with ISO 14644.

The peel pouches are double packed when they are delivered. There­fore, they can be fed into your clean room. Our peel pouches are suit­able for gamma and x‑ray sterilization.

For the peel pouches we guar­an­tee a shelf life of sev­en years after gamma ster­il­iz­a­tion and one year after x‑ray sterilization.
