The mono pouch CLEAR: Sus­tain­ab­il­ity through innovation

Sus­tain­ab­il­ity is a cent­ral com­pon­ent of everything we do. With innov­at­ive mono-mater­i­al solu­tions, we are revo­lu­tion­iz­ing the pack­aging industry by devel­op­ing mater­i­als that are more envir­on­ment­ally friendly and highly func­tion­al. Our new pack­aging com­bines mech­an­ic­al strength, excel­lent bar­ri­er prop­er­ties and is recyc­lable in accord­ance with Ceflex guidelines.

One example of this pro­gress is the new CL (clear) mono pouch, which offers high func­tion­al­ity des­pite reduced mater­i­al thick­ness and is fully recyc­lable. Des­pite the lack of leg­al require­ments for primary and sec­ond­ary pack­aging in the med­ic­al and phar­ma­ceut­ic­al sec­tor, Früh Ver­pack­ung­s­tech­nik AG is guided by the Pack­aging and Pack­aging Waste Reg­u­la­tion (PPWR) and Ceflex guidelines. In line with this vis­ion, we would like to intro­duce you to the mono pouch.

This innov­at­ive product, made of poly­ethyl­ene, builds on the suc­cess of the CL peel bag. The cur­rent mater­i­al spe­cific­a­tion was the require­ment to devel­op a product that meets the spe­cific­a­tion require­ments des­pite its reduced thick­ness. With the increased recyc­lab­il­ity and the famil­i­ar prop­er­ties of the Peel Bag CL, this product is con­vin­cing on sev­er­al levels. The course has been set for more sus­tain­able pack­aging in the med­ic­al and phar­ma­ceut­ic­al sector.
